Von Pojerevacichi
Von was born and raised in Waterloo, Ontario, with a passion for craftsmanship running through his veins. As a second-generation carpenter, he grew up learning the trade from his father, gaining hands-on experience that shaped his deep understanding of construction. With over 20 years in the industry, Von has worked with large general contracting firms, but he always felt something was missing—the personal connection between homeowners and the people bringing their visions to life.
That’s why he started V&M Construction—to bridge that gap. When you work with V&M, you're not just another project in a queue. Von personally oversees every detail, ensuring seamless communication, thoughtful execution, and a stress-free experience from start to finish. His dedication to craftsmanship, combined with his industry expertise, means your home is in the hands of someone who truly cares.
Von is a devoted family man who finds joy in creating beautiful spaces that transform people’s lives. His greatest reward? Seeing the look of excitement and on a homeowner’s face when their dream space finally comes to life.

Meghan grew up in Mapleton Township, where hard work, integrity, and perseverance were just a part of everyday life. Raised in a close-knit family, she learned early on the value of dedication—lessons that would later fuel her passion for design and construction.
As a wife, mother, and entrepreneur, Meghan has built V&M Construction from the ground up with grit, determination, and an eye for detail. She believes great design isn’t about following trends—it’s about creating spaces that tell a story, blending old and new, function and beauty, bold statements and timeless charm.
Meghan’s approach is deeply personal. She pours her heart into every project, ensuring that each space reflects her clients’ personalities and needs. She thrives on collaboration, making the design process not just seamless, but enjoyable. For her, the most rewarding part is seeing clients fall in love with a space that truly feels like home.
