Meet Von Pojerevacichi
Von, born and raised in Waterloo Ontario is a carpenter by trade, has been in the industry for over 20 years. Having gained most of his experience working for very large general contracting companies, it became evident that the industry was lacking a real connection and relationship between the clients and those completing the work. When working with V&M, you are discussing every detail of your project with the face of the company ensuring nothing gets lost in translation between departments. Von’s focus and attention is on every detail while his experience and knowledge in the industry allows for a smooth process from start to finish.
Von, a devoted family man, was born with a natural talent for carpentry and construction. From a young age, he honed his skills in the industry, learning from his father who ran a successful carpentry business. Working alongside his father, Von gained invaluable experience and expertise that would serve him well in his own career.
Every day, Von dedicates himself to supporting his family through hard work. His most fulfilling moments come when he witnesses the reactions of his clients. As they transition from worry and pain to satisfaction and joy upon receiving their updated space or new home, Von finds profound gratification in knowing he has made a positive impact on their lives.

Meghan, a proud native of Mapleton Township, was raised in a nurturing family environment where the values of hard work and perseverance were instilled in her from an early age. Surrounded by the loving presence of her parents and siblings, she learned the importance of responsibility, integrity, and dedication.
In addition to her roles as a devoted wife and mother, Meghan discovered her passion for design in the construction industry. With unwavering determination and grit, she dedicated herself to building her business from scratch, overcoming numerous obstacles and challenges along the way.
Through her tireless efforts, Meghan takes great pride in the exceptional quality of workmanship that her company, V&M, delivers. With each project undertaken, she strives to surpass the expectations of her clients, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to excellence.
